What is this and how does it work?
My server constantly runs monitors which check the content of various web pages where you can buy cool stuff. When a new item becomes available the monitors detect this and send notifications to subscribed users. Notifications are sent by email and/or by various Instant notification services to apps on your phone/tablet.

Terms and conditions for Monitors and Notifications service
Although I make every endeavor to ensure messages are delivered in a timely fashion, occasionally shit happens and messages get held up or lost.
Problems may occur due to my host having server or comms issues, or it may happen due to messages being held up in between the this site and the instant notification servers, or from those servers to end users.
Please let me know if you experience any problems with notifications being delivered slowly or not at all. These problems are almost always due to temporary circumstances outside of my control but I can't investigate the issue if I don't know about it...
The vast majority of messages are delivered and delivered quickly!
Please also bear in mind, the services and pages which this site monitors could change their structure at any time, meaning that monitor would stop working, and I would need to update the site to reflect their changes. I will obviously endeavor to make these required code updates ASAP but depending on the complexity of the changes, the amount of time taken may vary.
We cannot be held liable for missed sales, or too many notifications, or anything really. If our notifier causes your phone battery to run out and you then get lost and end up stranded in the middle of the Canadian wilderness as a result, that's on you.
