If you're looking for

• A new sale you just created but have not yet opened for entries - it will show up in the "All" and "Pending" sections
• A currently open sale - it will show up in the "All" and "Active" sections
• A sale that recently closed for entries, or was drawn within the last month - it will show up in the "All" and "Complete" sections
• A sale that closed over a month ago - it will show up in the "Archived" section"

Each sale goes through a progression of status' as follows

• Pending/New - When first created, all sales are New. This means they are not yet open for entries.
• Active - A sale can be activated manually by the owner starting it or by a scheduled timer. Once a sale is active then it is open for entries
• Ended - A sale can be ended manually by the owner, by a scheduled timer, or when the owner's maximum entry count is reached. Once a sale is ended it is no longer open for entries
• Drawn - Once the owner draws the winners the sale moves from Ended to Drawn status
• Archived - Old sales can be archived by their owners to remove them from other (non-archive) sales lists. Note sales are automatically archived approximately one month after they are completed

Your "My-sales" pages are broken up into the following sections which do not tie up directly with status'

• All - All non-archived sales
• Pending - Includes just sales with "New" status
• Current - Includes sales with "Active" or "Ended" (but not "Drawn") status
• Complete - Includes sales with "Drawn" status
• Archived - All archived sales
